The same problem kept turning up before any of that work could start: capable people losing weeks to blank CIPA forms, queues and guesswork, or paying an agent who would not say what the fee was actually for. So we automated that part too — one clear price, the government fee shown separately from ours, and a vetted professional lodging the paperwork. Boago is an accountant with more than a decade in Botswana finance, moving from accounts clerk to Accounts Manager at Motovac Group and on to a finance manager role. As Operations Lead she keeps the work landing — CIPA filings, VAT returns and import assessments, reconciliations and receivables.
